Passion Pit / Bloc Party

Big week. His N Hers @ Ginger 62 was awesome on Friday and so was the Charles Bar yesterday – always fun to throw down at new venues.
It doesn’t stop though – I’ll be opening for Passion Pit dj set tonight and Matt Tong of Bloc Party this Friday (last time I got to play with Matt and Russell Lissack – both pretty good spinners!). Both shows are at Shine Nightclub, drop me a line if you’d like to get in free and all that jazz.
Well, everyone took us too literally and stayed home. We had a beaut of a short run and some great parties featuring The Twelves, Alex Metric, Bloc Party, and Franki Chan (with excellent local DJs such as Neoteric, U-Tern, and the Schitz Popinov Crew) – but now on to better and busier endeavors.
*drum roll* presenting… Low Motion Thursdays @ Shine. Residents are Rob Caruk, Farshad Abasi, and myself (Pat Lok)… commencing June 18th feat. FM ATTACK. Stay tuned for a couple new mixes real soon! [I know, embarrassing how long its been...]
