The Twelves and GRUM killed it. After U-Tern and myself set the tone the headliners rocked out: check the photos and video from Tom Teotico and James Muscles. My personal favorite was The Twelves’ live version of Chemical Brothers’ classic Star Guitar. A close second was watching the crowd reaction to GRUM’s explosive single Heartbeats. I even got to close the night off playing heads up with GRUM, which was a blast, somehow going between Serato and CDs (see the horrid pic of me below). It seemed like everyone in Vancouver was at this show…

Anyway I’m playing this Saturday at Shine (get at me for the guest list!) so here’s a simple edit I did for the dancefloor. I literally went to the Beat’s top 20 chart and downloaded whatever was #1 to make an edit. And of course we all love Holy Ghost!

ATTENTION Music Lovers! The Twelves & GRUM are in Vancouver tonight playing at Venue. The Brazilian duo returns hot off their Essential Mix while GRUM is making his name as the next Calvin Harris/Daft Punk. Doors at 9pm and I’ll be opening. 400 tickets already sold, don’t sleep.
