The Stay Home Sunday crew (Julian Chow, DJ Hayze, and myself Pat Lok) is hosting a big backroom bash at Shine this Tuesday June 30 to celebrate our nation’s birthday. We’ll be dropping all that indie dance, pop electro remixes, baltimore club and ghetto party jams that you know and love, while trance legend DJ Andy Moor and former Ministry of Sound (Taiwan) resident Danny Taylor will be playing in the front. Well, everyone took us too literally and stayed home. We had a beaut of a short run and some great parties featuring The Twelves, Alex Metric, Bloc Party, and Franki Chan (with excellent local DJs such as Neoteric, U-Tern, and the Schitz Popinov Crew) – but now on to better and busier endeavors.
